I'm a performance driving instructor, looking to replace my car. I'm often not taken seriously by dealerships, but Freeman is the exception. I worked with Brendan today on a BMW Z4. He was a phenomenal point of contact, and talked with me at my level. He guided me around the area, and let me experiment with the car in situations that are important to me, like fitting my racing gear in the car, or test-fitting myself with an SCCA-approved helmet to ensure it passed regulations. While the car I drove today wasn't the one for me due to certain missing features, Brendan was respectful of that decision. I look forward to working with him in the future as I move to buy one of these models. Even if I ultimately don't end up buying a car from Freeman due to the rarity of this car, they are first on my recommendation list for anyone looking for a specialized vehicle.

I don't enjoy the process of buying a vehicle but I must say, Freeman Motor was outstanding to work with. I was a buyer from out of state and I worked with Jackson in the sales department and Colby in the finance department. Both were excellent. The vehicle was actually a little better than advertised. Both Jackson and Colby were very forthcoming regarding the few flaws the vehicle had. The owner of this company should be proud to have Colby and Jackson as employees!! A truly positive buying experience! Austin sold my husband and I an Audi Q5 with patience and absolutely no pressure. Michelle worked with us to streamline the purchase at a very fair price and Kobe walked us through the car's high-tech features. Their attention to detail and high level of service was above and beyond. This location has an excellent array of gently used vehicles in great condition and a group of professionals that made for an extremely positive experience. We highly recommend FMS!

My wife needed a new car due to our daughter turning 16 soon. We had a great experience with Austin buying her a 2022 Audi A4 S Line. He explained everything in detail and made sure we understood what we were doing. They even asked us to bring it back to get detailed later that same week.

My wife and I recently purchased a 2021 BMW X3 from Freeman Motors. David was our salesperson. Our buying experience was great. We came in and identified a couple cars to test drive the next day. Two of them sold in the meantime and David was apologetic about it. Fortunately, some new cars we were interested in arrived and we got to evaluate which make/model we liked most. The negotiations of our trade in value were easy. We did elect to get the Cilajet treatment add on but I'm not sure I would have done it in hindsight. The only issue we encountered was the installation of a front plate mount done by their body shop. Somehow the technician installing it got it off centered by about 2". They offered to make it right, but I just took it on independently to save myself a trip.
