I have never had such a good experience buying a car. The process was so easy, found the vehicle I liked and started texting with the sales person when a phone call wouldn’t work (I’m a millennial, I don’t like calls) and got the best vibes off of Shelli. When I was able to come in a day early, we rescheduled easily and it was all ready to go when I got there. The test drive for this 2022 Electric Mini Cooper made me fall in love with this car and I had such a great time just chatting with Shelli that I didn’t want to go back! But upon agreement, paperwork was smooth, Colby made the financing so simple and fast. I will absolutely be recommending Freeman Motor Company to anyone that wants to buy a nice car at an amazing price, but make sure they know that if they see a car they like, they should go right then because it might sell so fast!

Bought my second car from Freeman—another great experience! I recently purchased a Porsche Macan here, and again I couldn’t be happier. Austin helped me out—he was super friendly, never pushy, and really took the time to understand what mattered most to me— which I appreciated. One thing that really stood out: their cars are absolutely spotless. Every vehicle looked like it just rolled onto the lot—it’s clear they put a lot of effort into keeping everything clean and well-presented. I’ve now bought two cars from Freeman, and both times they’ve delivered great condition at a fair deal. Big shout-out to Austin and the team: thanks for making this process smooth and enjoyable. I’d definitely recommend Freeman if you want a high-end car without the hassle or pressure.

Renee and the entire team at freeman were amazing to work with! Renee was extremely professional, an excellent salesperson, and helpful throughout the entire experience. They supported me getting a prepurchase inspection and even the mechanic I worked with mentioned how great this group is. Gave me full confidence that this was the place to buy from. Renee also was super quick and responsive as I was trying to surprise my wife. She is seriously the best! Finance and service were also very friendly and helpful with getting all resolved which I appreciate very much. I had a horrible encounter with a Kendall Toyota dealership in Bend and freeman motors in Salem were so much better in every possible way. Completely worth the drive and id recommend anyone in Bend make the trip for a much better experience in Salem. Thank you again to the entire team at freeman!

Thank you to the Freeman Motor Salem team for making our recent car purchase and trade-in a breeze. Marcus was great to work with and took excellent care of us, walking us through all of the bells and whistles on the new car, answering questions, and putting together a financing package we could afford.
