My wife and I each purchased a car from freeman motor on the same day and the whole transaction was unusual - no pressure, no aggravation with drawn-out dealer negotiations or gamesmanship. Probably the quickest and easiest car purchases we’ve ever made. Since both cars were several years used, I immediately took them in to get checked out and the report back was that they were in great mechanical shape. I recently learned a close friend has purchased three luxury vehicles there and has had the same positive experience and vehicle reliability. We will definitely return for any future car purchase.

Great experience from start to finish. Sean was incredibly easy to work with. Professional, straightforward, and responsive. The whole process was smooth, and they even helped arrange shipping from Portland to Los Angeles after the carrier I originally arranged totally dropped the ball. Shelli and Freeman’s entire team were outstanding to work with. They were pleasant and patient with me when answering my many technical questions about the car. My only advice is when selling multiple types of car brands, is they learn as much as possible about those cars when serving the customer, a challenge I assume when the various car brands have high turnover from sales. But all were quick to chase down answers and respond promptly and diligently. Shelli was a joy to work with. I also enjoyed my discussions with the financing officer (Ari), as they were open and transparent about my questions. I wish all staff a happy holiday, and being my first BMW I look forward to many years of the “ultimate driving experience”. Harry

Worked with several different people and flew in from California to purchase our new vehicle and they made this process pain free and pleasant. Renee and the entire team at freeman were amazing to work with! Renee was extremely professional, an excellent salesperson, and helpful throughout the entire experience. They supported me getting a prepurchase inspection and even the mechanic I worked with mentioned how great this group is. Gave me full confidence that this was the place to buy from. Renee also was super quick and responsive as I was trying to surprise my wife. She is seriously the best! Finance and service were also very friendly and helpful with getting all resolved which I appreciate very much. I had a horrible encounter with a Kendall Toyota dealership in Bend and freeman motors in Salem were so much better in every possible way. Completely worth the drive and id recommend anyone in Bend make the trip for a much better experience in Salem. Thank you again to the entire team at freeman!

Working with Freeman Motors in Salem has to be the best car buying experience I've ever had. Everyone was very friendly and extremely helpful. It's a pretty laid back atmosphere with zero o pressure. Renee was such a great salesperson to work with. I would work with her again without a doubt. Greg the sales manager and Mike in finance were also very helpful and great to work with.
