Information about our Customer Care Pledge and changes to our hours
We understand the uncertainty of the times we are currently live in and we wanted to shed some light on some of the changes that we have done at Freeman Motor Company and how they will help you out. Keep reading to learn more about these changes.
Preventative measure being taken at our locations
At Freeman Motor Company, we have taken up a vigilant cleaning schedule to go above and beyond. We have been disinfecting customer touch points such as handrails, door handles and any surfaces someone would come in contact with. We are enforcing a strict, mandated six feet apart rule and there can be no more than 3 people in a 3,000 square-foot space. Until further notice, all snacks and coffee machines will not be offered. For every test drive, we will clean the interior space of the vehicle.
New options for our customers
We now offer a variety of safe options for customers who are interested in buying a vehicle from our lot. Some of these options include a virtual tour of the vehicle, local home delivery, test drives at home and pre-approval online. For our services, we now offer after hours drop off or we can pick up your vehicle from your home.

Portland and Salem Service & AutoSpa | Monday – Friday: 9 am –4 pm | Saturday & Sunday: Closed |
Portland and Salem BodyShop | Monday – Friday 8 am – 5 pm | Saturday & Sunday: Closed |
LuxMoto Auto Wholesale | Monday – Saturday: 10 am – 5 pm | Sunday: Closed |
