A truly positive buying experience! Austin sold my husband and I an Audi Q5 with patience and absolutely no pressure. Michelle worked with us to streamline the purchase at a very fair price and Kobe walked us through the car's high-tech features. Their attention to detail and high level of service was above and beyond. This location has an excellent array of gently used vehicles in great condition and a group of professionals that made for an extremely positive experience. We highly recommend FMS!

I wish I was able to give more than 5 stars, Freeman Motors is fantastic. I’ve purchased multiple cars from them, going back to when Eric had the original showroom off Macadam Ave. I recently had an issue with a car I purchased from Freeman 5 years ago. The Freeman team went over and above what you would expect to make me happy. I worked with Brendon and Loraine (LO) picking out a new vehicle which I purchased last month. They both gave incredible customer service, making sure I was happy at every step in the process. They delivered my new vehicle in exquisite condition, and even when a small malfunction popped up 2 weeks later, they got me right into service and corrected the problem at their cost which was totally unexpected. I highly recommend Freeman Motors if you’re looking to buy a quality vehicle at a fair price. They stand behind their product. I also don’t want to forget to mention Sean in service. He is very knowledgeable and trustworthy. I highly recommend the Freeman Service department as well. Guarantee, You will not regret buying or servicing a vehicle at Freeman Motors.

My wife and I recently purchased a 2021 BMW X3 from Freeman Motors. David was our salesperson. Our buying experience was great. We came in and identified a couple cars to test drive the next day. Two of them sold in the meantime and David was apologetic about it. Fortunately, some new cars we were interested in arrived and we got to evaluate which make/model we liked most. The negotiations of our trade in value were easy. We did elect to get the Cilajet treatment add on but I'm not sure I would have done it in hindsight. The only issue we encountered was the installation of a front plate mount done by their body shop. Somehow the technician installing it got it off centered by about 2". They offered to make it right, but I just took it on independently to save myself a trip.

We recently bought a BMW X1 from Freeman in Salem and had a great experience. Our salesman Marcus was very friendly and knowledgeable. He answered all of our questions and worked to get us a great deal. The finance manager Eric was a pleasure to work with. Everything went smoothly and quickly. We also had contact with the service department and while I don’t remember the exact names the entire department was friendly and helpful. We also dealt with a very nice lady named Cassidy on some follow up phone calls for some paperwork and she was so nice and so helpful. Literally everyone we dealt with was an absolute pleasure to work with. We love our new BMW and we highly recommend freeman motors.

World class experience. When buying a used vehicle, I feel Freeman Motor has done their due diligence to insure they're putting the best of pre-owned in their showrooms. I called the day after Thanksgiving, early morning, Renee, sales consultant, was working hard and ready to help. As an out of state buyer, Renee's attention to detail was superb. Seems like a great team, working hard to put you into durable vehicles. If you're an in state buyer, they have a service/body shop, so I'd imagine any post purchase tweaks would be addressed economically.

I have purchased several vehicles from Freeman Motors over the years (this was the fourth one I think?). Every experience has been positive! All of their vehicles are nice, which keeps me coming back for the next one. My most recent purchase experience was with Marcus. He was great to work with! Always attentive throughout the process but never overbearing. These folks don't feel like salesmen at all. More like your personal ally in finding the perfect ride. I couldn't be more happy with my experience! Seriously, I'm already looking for an excuse to come buy another one. Great job Marcus! Great job Freeman Motors!

This is my second experience buying a vehicle from this dealership and each time they exceeded my expectations. My sales representative, Todd, was very responsive and made sure I had all the information needed to complete the transaction and get acquainted with the vehicle. The majority of dealerships aim to close a deal with you, which can make the process unpleasant. With this business, that is not the case. Since I was traveling four hours away, they were able to work out a deal before I arrived, which helped to ease the stress because no client wants to drive four hours away in the hopes that something won't work out. They made sure I got all the information I needed prior to arrival, which was extremely appreciated. This dealership is the only one I've ever dealt with in my many years of buying cars that never made me feel under pressure. I genuinely feel satisfied with my buying choices when I leave this dealership with a new vehicle. Thank you for looking after your clients. I'll continue to do business with this company.

Our car that we purchased was already priced very well, which made negotiations easy. It was the easiest car buying experience I have ever had. I would highly recommend them.
